DG Interactive is a web design and development (including mobile and Facebook) company based in the Flatiron area of NYC.
We are looking for a skilled salesperson to take us to the next level.
For 11 years we have been successful and profitable relying on nothing but word-of-mouth and our existing customers. (Yes, we do great work!) We have scaled up our production capabilities and are now looking for someone experienced in driving new leads to expand us well beyond our existing customer base. You should be well versed in web development and be able to speak to the clients about solutions on your own as well as handle the lion’s share of pitch work on new account leads.
– 5+ years of experience selling web and/or technology solutions. Ideally, you can speak to solutions that involve microsites, e-commerce sites, mobile/responsively designed sites, mobile apps, and Facebook pages/promotions. – You should be well versed at listening to client pain points and be able to discuss how we can alleviate them.
– Ability to seek out new contacts and leads (software/subscriptions can be provided – you don’t need to have a huge list of contacts you bring with you as long as you have the ability to source cold leads and make them warm). Our target market is large companies with needs beyond in-house / existing agency contracts as well as digital agencies that may need supplemental resources.
– Comfortable discussing solutions at a high level with potential clients in the initial sales process.
– Ability to create/refine Powerpoint presentations to use on initial sales calls. Follow up meetings / actual client work will be done in conjunction with company leadership – you will not need to budget projects nor manage them.
- Compensation is based on experience and how good you are! For the right person, this is an easy 6-figure position with residuals increasing your earnings year over year. Compensation will be tied to performance and specific goals and targets (commission plus bonuses).
- Position is full time on a 1099 basis. The sky is the limit for a driven sales professional.
